Jacoby Creek is updating our core software for the 2023-2024 school year, This page will be updated with a list of the core software we use and it's purpose, as well as login links for portals parents can access.
(Replaces Schoolwise) Houses all of our student data, grades, etc. Aeries Parent portal is the main resource for parents to view and update student info, check grades and pay fees such as Activity Center and After School Enrichment.
(Replaces "JCS EBlasts") Full featured communication tool, allowing JCS to reach parents and community members via a number of different modes of communication.
Everything related to food! Pay meal balances, place meal orders, and fill out the yearly Free/Reduced application.
Web filter and online monitor. Allows parents to log in and view their students' online activities while using school devices.
Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Classroom. We use Google services and Chromebooks for the bulk of our school's digital operations.
Synchronizes student user accounts seamlessly from our SIS to a wide variety of online learning platforms and allows for secure single sign on.
